Well, it has been a while but I have finally put some new pictures up. We went and had some family portraits made on Friday and I wanted to share them with everyone. I was very pleased with the way they turned out and the girls where really good while we were taking them. I hope you like them!

This is my favorite of Jordan. All of them are really good, but she justs looks so sweet in this one!

Because of missing teeth this one didn't turn out so well, but I still love it!

The photographer asked her to put her hands in her pockets for this one, unfortunately I had bought her jeans a size too small. It may not look like it, but this picture took a lot of work on her part! : )

What a goof ball!!

This is the look of a guilty person.

She is smiling because we kept promising her ice cream. (Don't judge us!)

I LOVE THESE TWO!

Daddy and his girls.

Mommy and her girls.

MY FAVORITE. Is this not the sweetest sister hug you have ever seen?

Take a Kid Fishing

This weekend we signed Kaylee up for the Take a Kid Fishing Tournament (Unfortunately Jordan wasn't here to do it). We left the house around 7:30am and headed for the bulkhead. Kaylee was so good, because we sat there for hours and really didn't catch anything! She would fish a little bit, then go look at the birds, or just sit and watch me and Dave fish and just talk. She ended up catching 3 very small piggy perch and that was it. We also fished a little bit at the airport and she really liked that because then she got to play in the mud and watch the airplanes land and takeoff.

It was a pretty long day of fishing for a little girl, but she was pretty good and hung in there all day and even at the weigh in. She got a trophy (everyone did) and she thought it was so awesome. She took it everywhere and showed everyone, even to the hospital to meet her new cousin Gabe!!

It wasn't the most successfull fishing trip, but we had a really good time together. I can't wait to do it again when Jordan is in town.

Starting My Blog

Not sure how well this will turn out for me since I am not the most organized person, but I thought it would be fun.

To start I wanted to post some pictures of the girls fishing at Dave's Aunt Terri's house with their Nana. This was Kaylee's first time fishing and her and Jordan both caught a decent sized redfish. They also got to swim in Aunt Terri's pool, so they pretty much had an all around great day.

This one here is actually Kaylee's but she didn't want to have anything to do with it, so Jordan held it for her.

Good job girls!
Hopefully in the next couple of days I get a chance to post the pictures of the Take a Kid Fishing Tournament that Kaylee did this weekend. Unfortunately, Jordan wasn't in town for it, but there is always next year.
